AVForSale in Georgia closing down?

Hey guys, I may be in a bit of a predicament. I contracted with AvForSale in Georgia to liquidate a bunch of the equipment after I closed up shop. I have purchased from them a bunch and never had any issues, and they had a longstanding positive record as an ebay seller. However, they have been slow to send me what I'm owed for the first month of sales, and now, suspiciously, they have no items listed when I checked their seller page on ebay. According to ebay, the last feedback left for them was from today, so presumably they were still operating very recently.

First of all, does anyone have a clue as to what might be going on over there?

Second, what kind of recourse do I have if this company is about to shut down completely? They owe me money and they have gear of mine that hasn't been sold.

UPDATE: I received a response and the issue is on its way to being resolved.

They still have an open eBay store, and their website/webstore is still up.

It says that it's supposed to be new gear, but there's clearly plenty of used stuff on there. As for their business dealings, I have no explanation other than the fact that when I've purchased things from them it's been an efficient transaction. Good luck.

I see, they created a new ebay seller account. That was confusing, but I'm reassured now. I guess that angry email I sent was only halfway warranted.

They also have a new phone number, 1-404-355-6147 x7553, ask for Brad. They moved to a new building in the same office park , I was there 4 months ago, I was heading there this week to pick up a few items but due to the weather I will postpone until next week. A super company to deal with.
