This all girl Swedish band, The Ladybirds apparently opened for the Yardbirds at a club in Bergen, Norway.
There are several photos of this gig and in some of the later ones they are topless.
As I recall those AKG D12 microphones were also pretty "topless" but they were not uncommon as PA mics in Europe at that time.
The shiny amp on the chair behind the bassist is the PA. Probably a Dynacord with the integral echo in the right hand side of the box.
The speakers are some kind of slanted baffles mounted to the walls near the ceiling of this stageless club setup. I could post more pictures but the are not "safe for work"
