Behringer 32 issue

Hi - I am new at the sound board X32, During 2nd have of my program my channel (music) that was bringing in my music suddenly didn't work. The presenter was talking and the channel with music would not turn down. I had the channel on mute and the fader at zero and the music was competing with the presenter. The only way to turn down the music was to turn down the main house speakers which also turn down the presenter. Somehow the music input (iTunes on computer) has bypassed the channel and goes only to the main house speakers. This is the first time this has happened since buying the x32 a year ago. Any suggestions would be great!

Sounds like the music was routed to more than one (pair of) channel(s).
Was it analog from the computer to aux input(s)? Did you select aux input as source on one or two of the first channels and left the aux channel(s) connected and up?
Did you maybe prefade send from the music channel(s) to a bus that was up on the mains?
