I am using the Aux/Bus sends for monitors and I was wondering if there is a way in my Bus send to mute a Channel in my in ears without it muting the mains or front of house?

Well simply turning that channel send down would accomplish that but if you mean how to mute it temporarily and then unmute it that option isn't available. One way to get that functionality would be to create a scene in which the send is down and another with the send at the normal level. Switching between those scenes would functionally mute and unmute the send.
How about creating a duplicate channel with the input from the first channel, then route the aux seperately to your ears. The just mute that channel.
