Hey guys , i have a behringer sx2442fx mixer and i have just started noticing that it is getting warm around the case of it. I noticed it at a show a couple of weekends ago and then yesterday as i was setting up for another show. what my main question is , are they supposed to get warm at all? the first time i noticed it i was outside and i thought it was because of the warm temps, I had it under a tent and wasnt seeing no heat from direct sunlight at all. and then yesterday as i was setting up i noticed it getting the same warmness as the other time. I am just wondering is it fixing to go out on me? when i pick it up off the table its like the little rubber feet is stuck to the table, I have never noticed it getting that warm before , it's not HOT or nothing just a little warm.

Electronics get warm. That's normal. However, if the unit is suddenly warmer than it's always been, that is a cause for concern. Some mixers will have small fans inside for cooling. Not sure if that one does or not. However, if you have a sudden increase in temperature on the unit, that's often the first place to check.
