Has anyone seen this? Looks like the Aviom stuff, but at a 1/3 of the cost.

they've been barking about this system for about a year now. looks like they might actually be ready to ship. it'll be interesting to see how it actually does in the field. IMHO aviom has had the run of that particular product market a bit too long, so it'll be good to get some competition going and see what our friends at AVIOM will come up with next....

Aviom has been noticing, but has been focused on other products for a while, and filling orders. Once the number of purchase orders for A16II's starts to drop significantly - there will be 'something' new coming.

Roland's option, despite what I and others think of their mixers, is actually pretty good (better than Aviom). Too bad you have to jump through the MADI to REAC hoop to use it.

The new Pivitec system about to be announced is what I'm most eager to see.

YMMV, but I don't worry about what Behringer tries to sell, it's not a competitor we're worried about. There's always a lower cost, Far East 'version' of everything, so what.
