Re: Can i charge?It depends. I never need to hear the band first to mix them but I have occasionally attended a rehearsal to help a band out with their PA. There was a very young band that I had several shows with during a summer concert series that had their own ear monitor set up and FOH mixer that I took an hour or so at one of their rehearsals to dial in their board for them. For the next eight shows I did with them that summer they would show up with their "soundman" parent at what ever venue we were at and hand me the left and right outs from their board and away we would go. Time well spent and zero problems with any of the shows.
