I don't disagree, it is impossible for these to be up to the standard that most of us here would consider suitable at that price point. Your comparison to KF650's is probably a bit exaggerated ( 12 boxes vs 2 KF650s is 24 10" and 24 1" vs 2 15", 2 10", 2 2" - even if the drivers suck it has the potential to be loud).
My point is that this is affordable to ankle biters, DJ's, etc, and there are plenty of places that they could bid their cheapo line array on and the promoters wouldn't know the difference - it looks like a big rig..... oooh.... ahhhhh..... for non-rider type events most promoters (at least the ones I know) wouldn't know the difference if I showed up with this or with a Q rig. No joke.....
There are lots of churches, regional festivals, fairs, corporate events, etc where the folks making the decision have minimal knowledge beyond that of the audience. Someone could easily exploit this and undercut regional providers or at least drag everybody's prices down even further.
I predict more ankle biter competition headaches for regional sound companies as more of these cheap line arrays get out into the wild.
