Check out the ART unit in your Yorkville list. I haven't tried one, but they are inexpensive. If they are a variation of the models they used to get from Alto the routing is limited but still usable for delays.

DRPA only has 10ms
And to quote Rich Frembes, "Virtually every modern DSP on the market sounds at least decent. The DCX2496 is not one of them. It's downright godawful as a matter of fact."

I think I have landed a DR240 which should do the job nicely.
