Anyone ever order from here? It was just lighting and led stuff a few months ago but now they have a lot of audio stuff. Prices are nuts. I got burned on a bootleg sennheiser wireless a bit back from a bad e bay purchase. Probably knockoffs but if so surprised to at the variation of stuff.

Re: Chinese Dept Store

Don't go anywhere near anything sold directly from China. There is no quality control and no consistency: you buy the same product at two different times and they're going to be completely different. Not to mention, they're so crappily made that they will barely survive the trip from China to here. And, good luck with spare parts and a warranty.

Your business is dependent on reliable, consistent gear that is always ready to perform. The stuff from China doesn't fill that role.

Re: Chinese Dept Store

I hear you Im just kinda shocked at some of the items they have listed.

Many US manufacturers refuse to export to China, because they know the second that their product gets to China it will be disassembled, reverse engineered, and copied.

There's a guy in town that builds Chinese copies of John Deere tractors which sell for $10k, but they come with NO WARRANTY. Of course the John Deere costs $30k, but it's still going to be around in 30 years, and the parts are readily available.

I'm absolutely disgusted with China.

Re: Chinese Dept Store

The Sennheiser I purchased was very well constructed image wise. Other than that it was a complete fraud. None of the menu actions functioned and the actual mic element was crap. Im not sure what I was thinking at the time. Hoping they were coming from the same factory as the originals. That was not the case.
