I'm mixing a concert in China tonight and the house cl5 has an incompatible firmware. I cannot update console firmware. Is it possible to downgrade Stagemix to 4.5?

My QL1 stagemix gives me the option of picking the firmware at startup. I am guessing the CL stagemix is similar.

You can pick either version 2 or version 3 firmware on the CL Stagemix. Not sure if version 1.7 will work with the version 2 Stagemix.

There's no good solution obviously. I dont know's to blame yamaha or apple for not offering old versions of software. For me it ended pretty well, they found an ipad with old version of stagemix (and full battery) and the concert was pretty well.

Blame the equipment provider for not doing the free firmware updates in a timely manner. It's not that difficult.

Providing a console with a several revisions and years outdated firmware is unacceptable.
