Considering the merits of a simple analog FOH 'b' system, which will need: a pair of stereo graphic EQs (or other 4ch combo) that feature (in order of priority):
1) compact size - 1RU or less per channel
2) Good audio and build quality, balanced I/O
4) 1/3 octave band spacing
5) variable high pass filter
From a brief review of a few mfgs, the Rane ME-60S looks like it checks the boxes, while most other reputable stereo 31-bands are 3RU or more. Any other options I'm overlooking? Anyone have a piece from the analog boneyard they'd part with?
Thx...
