If you're looking for something like the virtual soundcard that is available for Dante, then you're out of luck, none exist for CobraNet. If you have a windows computer with a free PCI slot, then the following are possible solutions to get CobraNet to appear in/out of your computer:

There is no "official" program that can do this. I have however seen it done before (at least in terms of streaming music from a computer into the CobraNet network).
It's more about playing from cobranet than to. We have a computer that we'd like to monitor some of the outputs going to the rooms. We are a convention center and will be using cobranet to distribute the audio.
I believe the CobraNet soundcards that Art noted and summarized here, AudioScience - CobraNet Sound Cards, are the only options as far as going CobraNet direct into a computer. There are a number of CobraNet audio output boxes that could then have their audio outputs run into an audio interface for the computer.
