Re: critical thoughtI am old enough to recall my mother collecting rain water to use in her iron to prevent lime scale build up common with tap water. I suspect rain water in later decades to more resemble dilute sulphuric acid (perhaps carbolic acid?). Who knows what minerals the dilute acid will leach from running over the ground.JR
