Re: Crown XTI1000 issues Are they old enough to be the original made in USA versions? If not the first run of XTI amps made in China had a known problem with the power supply becoming intermittent to completely dead. An install I was working with was lucky enough to have gotten three out of four of their amps with that problem. The problem showed up over the course of about two months after being installed under a year. Crown fixed them for free but it took awhile with the back log they had in repair. I remember somewhere on the Crown website they posted the range of serial numbers effected. Could be a big firmware glitch but since it will not stay powered up long enough theres no way to connect to System Architect to check it.
