It appears as if there are extra <br> tags inserted above each section of the list contents. Removing those tags reduces the space between the different list sections. We'll have to track down where the extra <br> tags are getting generated.
Either <br /> tags, or it might even be enclosed inside <p><</p> tags. That would make more sense for it to be in a PHP page (where the HTML literally gets assembled using formulas), rather than a CSS page.
