Reporting to Eric Mayer, VP of Sales, North America, Adam brings a wealth of experience and skills, having worked in customer service leadership for over ten years. In his previous role, Adam managed a team of customer service supervisors and ensured that customers received exceptional service. Adam holds a BA in Music Ed from the University of Georgia and a MA in Educational Leadership from Central Michigan University. In his new position, Kissel will establish and lead a state-of-the-art Customer Service Department that will embody the d&b system by providing world-class sales fulfillment services to clients of d&b audiotechnik with the utmost attention to detail.
