DB Ttechnologies Flexsys FMX12

I have purchased a Flexsys FMX12 from Germany, but unfortunately it has been factory set to 220/240 Volts and came with a EU type cord.
Do I just need to change the T3,15A L 250V fuse to a T6,3A L 250V fuse and the power cord in order to use 110/120V~ 50-60Hz 2,0A?
Does anyone know if the FMX12 has a switch mode power supply transformer?

Contact DBTechnologies with a PHONE CALL. The have lots of products that appear to be dual voltage but are not changed by simply replacing the fuse. I know after creating some repair work for them... the manuals were not explicit or even very helpful.

Power Supply

I have a powered floor monitor that I got from Germany. It is currently setup for 220/240 Volts. To use it in the States do I just need to change out the fuse and power cord? From the manual;
