I needed to ship my 8 year old DRPA in for service. A simple email to them got me an RA# number and shipping instructions. The extremely reasonable(I though) rate of $100 for repair was sent in check form with the DRPA. It arrived there at 9:09AM and was shipped out at 3:19 PM same day, total time at DBX 6 hours and 10 minutes. Now I'm sure they probably just shipped out a refurb unit, but still, that's damn fast. Not only was it long out of warranty, the price was fair and the service fast. Good job DBX!
