Delay audio output of Macbook Pro?

Does anybody know a way to delay the audio output of my Macbook Pro's audio output by a couple milliseconds? Reason being is, I have speakers above the cabinets in my house, and I plug my laptop into them. I also have a few speakers operating wirelessly via Apple TV's and Airport Expresses around the house. This way, there's music playing around the entire
house basically. But... The audio playing through the speakers setup wirelessly is delayed a couple milliseconds, and it's a little irritating. Looking for a software that can do this... not an external thing.

Have you looked at Airfoil? I think it might do that and more. I used it several years ago so I'm not sure what the newer versions are like but it might been a tidier solution.

I'm sure there are other options out there as well.
