Re: DJ'ing a prom?I usually have the prom committee submit a Request List 2 weeks in advance. This gives me ample time to find the clean versions of what they want. They tend to get ridiculous in the number of songs that they request, so much, that i could run the entire 4 hour gig on just their request list. After several gigs you will start seeing trends. Figuring out the new stuff is whats hard...its never any of the crap that they play on the radio.
