I'd like to duck the CD player channels when the microphone is active with an 01v96.

I found the keying options for the gate on each channel, but not the compressor.

Is it even possible? If so, what am I missing?

Thanks in advance.

You duck with the Gate.. not the comp.

Set the KeyIn (On the CD channel gates) to the channel that you want to use to duck the CD... the Range control will allow you to tailor how far you want to duck the signal. I believe if you recall a ducker from the library it will put it around -20 or so (range) with a pretty long attack... which is probably an alright place to start from, depending on your specific needs.

Party On...

Is it normal that when I need to duck CH 15 paired with CH16 I cannot use a key of CH1 (my mic) because is not available? I saw that only channels from 13 and higher are available in options for CH15&16
