Al is also great at that sort of thing and is a distributor. The only difference between the two diaphragms is the surround, some people prefer one to the other. They will handle the same power. I think they're even the same price. However, there may be a difference in impedance due to the more compliant plastic surround, which may or may not matter. They also do not have identical frequency response for the same reason. It's probably not a big deal, but I would try and match whatever the box was supposed to use (which may not be the same as what it came with, it's easier to make a plastic surround).</blockquote>
