I also suspect that it clears up the mid-range a bit, but it's noting I've been able to prove, it's just a feeling.If you have enough output there already, then you probably don't need them. If you're looking at doing bigger shows, you might need them. Last time I used a rig like that(4xkf730, 2xsb730, 2xsb1000) I found that it had a lot of output for it's size.
