Looks like a 12 inch magnet measured top to bottom on the 15 inch woofer with a 6 inch magnet with a 3 inch voice coil for the horn driver.</p><p></p><p>Solid, well built box. </p><p></p><p>I'd give the repair about a 3 1/2 as far as it being difficult.
