I think we are all agreeing the reloaded boxes are not DeltaMaxes in any way, shape, or form except for the wood enclosure's shape. I also attempted to correct the OP's assumption an EVX woofer would get him back to spec -- and he never mentioned the controller, which is part of what makes a DeltaMax a DeltaMax.
