Re: Farewell faithful companion......I wouldn't let any vehicle I or my wife own be ground-towed anyway. Not the Mercedes SLK, the Silverado, the Grand Cherokee nor the Harley. Knocking on wood that we don't have any occasion to tow any of them, but if needed, all the tow shops around here have flatbeds.OK, maybe the backhoe, but they'd use a gooseneck trailer anyhow.
