FBT Verve 152 ??

Anyone have any experience with the FBT line?
Specifically there passive series speakers..
Looking at the Verve 152 : FBT Verve 152 Passive Speaker

FBT Elettronica S.p.a - 700W- 8ohm - 127dB SPL Sound Reinforcement Loudspeaker

Seems to fit what I am currently looking for, not to big...not to small...not to heavy, will also sit nicely on my TX9s subs..
