To anyone in the Chi-Town area. I'm doing a small show April 6th with Greyson Chance at the Fairmont Hotel, in the Moulin Rouge room. It's a short, 3 song performance and Greyson is the only performer. I'm looking for quotes on getting a small system to cover approx 300 people consisting of:
2 JBL VRX per side with one or two subs, or equivalent.
Presonus Studiolive, Yamaha LS9 digital desk or equivalent console.
Midas Verona or Soundcraft GB series analog desk with all related outboard (GEQ, FX, etc.), or equivalent.
4 channels of wireless IEM, Shure PSM900, Sennheiser G2 or G3.
2 channels of Shure KSM9 or SM/Beta58 wireless mic.
All related cables, etc.
Inputs will consist:
1/2 - piano L/R
3/4 - track L/R
5 - vocal
6 - click
Obviously this is a real straightforward, easy gig. Looking for budget conscious pricing of course. Management does not want to throw a lot of money at this...
