In the EQ settings, channels 15, 18, 21 & 24 are labelled up to +15 on the left of the meters, but that's the gain for the EQ. On the right of the other channels, in light grey/blue are the LVL levels, with "clip" at the top...(basically repeating what you said, here's a pic...)
