We are not as used to strict warning labels over here as you are in the US. Basically because sueing for money isn't the number one way for consumers to keep corporations from producing dangerous items.
Anyway, while on vacation in the US I bought some simple bungee cords that not only had a labels so solid it was impossible to remove them, the labels strictly demanded I use safety goggles and gloves, as well as maybe a facemask every time I used them.
Really reassuring regarding the quality of the items
I actually thought that might make a good warning label for wedges at battle of the band type shows. The threat of asphyxiation would of course come from the mic cable that, during a bout of artificial 'stage presence', ends up wrapped around their feet. I suppose the threat of it reaching their neck is great enough to warrant a warning. Another possibility would be that after so badly mangling the cable, I have no choice but to strangle the lead singer for the benefit of future soundmen (and, let's face it, audiences) with the now virtually useless cable. It gives the 'give him enough rope hang himself' idiom a whole new meaning in SR!
