If not for your employer then least for yourself. I run into bands that Ive worked with in Ohio down here in Texas and they OH HEY EVAN!!! sometimes from stage, or down in the crowd after the show. You are building a reputation for yourself with or without the employer. Continue doing a good job and look for other opportunities.
