Re: GLD80 DiscussionThis is likely why they have one 8ch rack connect to the 'main' rack for drum sub-snake, and the other 8ch connect directly to the surface, for those with wireless at FOH rather than in the remote rack. We're quoting a GLD set up this way - main stage rack for stage inputs, 8ch for drum subsnake, and other 8ch for wireless rack. Between remote monitoring capability for wireless, and Dante, there just isn't much need anymore for local IO on the surface.
