Just wanted to say a public thank you for some recent great customer service.
Back in mid December I received an order of Audio Technica wireless mics for an install upgrade and one of mics had a bad capsule. Talked to John in parts, next day a replacement capsule was delivered!
On December 30th a customer who I recently put a custom guitar & vocal three channel looper system together for that uses an active Whirlwind foot switch XLR selector came back to me with a dead selector switch and a show coming up in a few days.
I called Whirlwind asking about repair service and was connected to Al Keltz, arrangements were made, overnight Fed Ex to Whirlwind to Al’s attention, repaired and shipped out Fed Ex overnight on Dec 31st! Received in time for my customers show, he’s happy, I’m happy.
