Surgeons intern for years before they start cutting people.Also, this idea is in many live mixers minds as the crux of their job, keeping bad things from happening...and they are satisfied with that level of competence. IMO, in 2013, if a system or setup can't get through a set without chaos then there are bigger problems afoot.
