I have a warehouse/shop two blocks from us. Its nice to have the separation.

Darkroom. I used to have one. I did color and B&W. But I really like the convenience of a printer. Don't see going back right now.

Our current place is so not comfortable. And getting less so. Because we now have a glimpse of what we will have.
