For those of us that are still green when it comes to rigging:
- zip ties
- lack of safety cables
- scary bracket haphazardly screwed into ceiling beam
- questionable truss
Is there anything else? Aside from the nice orange AC cable...

Hard to tell from the blurry picture, but I'd hazzard a guess at a few more
Wrong type of cable clamp on the wire on the par can
Yellow plastic marrets in the back of the other par can, ceramic is required, or "sugar cube" connector.

You also overlooked post #6, where a brief list of safety problems is given.
Also, go back to your profile and change your name to your first and last names or your post will be deleted by the moderators.
