I have just started getting into recording and I feel terribly overwhelmed by my new usb-interface (behringer xenyx x1204usb). I am trying to record input from my 'korg kaossilator mini' synthesizer pad to my laptop. The interface is connected to the laptop via usb and the synth-pad output is RCA. I tried the '2TR/USB' RCA input on the interface and I get sound over the CTRL Room outs but no recording signal with audacity (mic on channel 1 and piano over channel 5/6 can be recorded). I am not quite sure if the problem is about the channel that I use or maybe about the source setting on the interface (I activated the red 2-TR/USB button in the source field)... If someone knows the issue or has ideas for solutions that would be amazing.
