Hybrid Solar powered generators?

Just got a note from a promoter about which generator for a certain event...and they were all hybrid models. Any experience?

If it has digital controls, you may not want to put iTechs on it.

We've had issues with this combo before. The digitally controlled genny uses a sidetone on the neutral leg and it interferes with the iTechs somehow.
