I never implied that one wouldn't need prediction software....where did you glean that from? Never even mentioned software... I only pointed out the obvious, that the angles of the individual boxes can be changed via some hydraulic system. Which could be a handy feature.

I was thinking that the up and down action would give a "similar" effect. Not at all the same-but the movement of the loudspeaker was what I was thinking about.Nah...it would need a motor to spin the array...

Back in my younger days of audio (the 80's), I did climb on top of my own stacks and use a mic stand and poked it in peoples faces when they tried to climb on top of the stacks and use them as diving platforms.If some idiot climbed your stack of subs you could use it to catapult him into the nose bleed seats.
