Installed latest firmware on the board as well as USB control and driver. Computer recognized the board as does Studio One 2, but when I go to assign inputs/outputs to tracks, they are not being recognized. The only options are Main L/R, L, or R. No 1-32 like it should be. Card mode is set to USB 32 I/O by the way and all 32 I/O are recognized by USB control. Please help me sort this issue out.

Thank you!

Wild guess: If this is a free version of the program and the board is not a Presonus, then I seem to remember there are some limitations.

The version is Studio One 2 Artist and came with a Presonus board. Not sure if the product is free or not though. Would this version be the issue and if so would an upgrade remove said limitation?

But presonus doesn't have any 32 channel usb board. Are you talking about the x32 or similar board?

And what type of computer/os are you using.

Studioone artist limitation in this case is that it doesn't allow for 3'rd party plugins. 32 channels shouldn't be any problem.

Given your explanation above it seems like you haven't populated the i/o-matrix either as it defaults to two channels.

Sorry, I thought I had mentioned it was an X32. My computer is a Samsung Ativ Book 8 running Windows 8.1.

In the I/O setting it has 32 channels across the top, then a main L/R and single L and R channel on the left going vertically. When I click add a channel, the blue mono button in which you assign to an input in the grid is faded out compared to the first 3. Plus, I also tried using the add track for every input feature and it only adds the Main 3 channels like I first mentioned.

You're absolutely right. I feel a little silly now, especially since I've done this once a long time ago. Guess its nervous anticipation of hoping things work right. Very smooth setup and surprisingly USB seems to be performing just as well as FireWire.
