So the gal who fell into the Mall fountain while texting is apparently suing the Mall for ''not caring'' and for the public humiliation resulting from the security cam videos posted on YouTube.



HEY!!!!



If you walk off a cliff while texting....



IT'S YOUR OWN FAULT, DUMB ASS!!!!!!

stop that the mall is clearly responsible

for not having a 20 or so paid employees

standing around redirecting lost and confused

texting teens.

but i personally believe that the government should step

in a say that people caught texting and walking into

fountains should be sud for the damages to the fountain

I was doing some work at a High School and saw a girl texting and walking and she walked dead on into a post supporting the roof. She nailed it and had the classic cartoon shake your head dizzy dance.



It was quite funny. I had to hold my laughter down. When I saw she could still walk away, I didn't rush to her resue.



Some people are just dumb-and they deserve what they get for their actions.



When I was growing up we didn't sue because WE were the dumbass

The YouTube footage has been shot (on a phone probably) that's pointing at a CCTV monitor. I'd expect that the CCTV footage is being played back rather than happening live, so there's no way the people on the soundtrack could have helped her.

It doesn't happen very often anymore, certainly not recently, but it seems as though logic has made one of its rare appearances.

So she goes on TV to claim that this is video is embarrassing and demeaning her and she wants damages. Well.......



If you don't come forward and admit it's you on the video....NO ONE KNOWS IT'S YOU, DUMB ASS!!!!!

This mall is about 8 miles from my house and we go there all the time. This woman has 5 theft convictions, one for hit and run .She was in court the other day because she used a friends credit card ( unauthorized)to buy about $5,000 worth of stuff. She then called the credit card company and had them change the address to her own so her friend wouldn't know what she did.

The guard that posted the video was fired.In everyone's opinion, this woman is trying to get money from the mall.What's crazy is,she works at the mall so she knew where the fountain was. The more I look at the video,the more I think she faked it. Watch how she lifts her leg right as she gets there.So now I gues they will concrete over the fountain or put up a 6 ft fence so another dumbass doesn't fall in.The mall and fountain have been there over 30 years and she's the first dimwit to fall in. This woman claims she has suffered humiliation over this,yet no one would have known who she was if she hadn't come forward with her lawyer in tow.
