I use Alesis io 26 as a normal mixer?

Hi guys, I have a Alesis io 26 and it looks like a mixer.
Can i use it without a computer, like plugging in 2 microphones and use it with a PA or amplifier?
Just like a mixer?

I looked at it real quick. It is a recording interface.
You will need a computer to use this.
