It would let me listen to it as I EQ'd it rather than running back and forth to the console. I don't need absolute reliability as it's only sending data and a dropout for a second would be OK.I'd thought about another computer, but that would add more complexity and setup time than this is worth.Consumer level stuff is fine for this as it's only a convenience.
