I'm potentially interested in investing in a small to mid-sized company based between Eastern PA and the NYC Metro area. The ideal scenario would be for me to be a primarily silent investor and for us to collaborate on some of our larger live sound events. What I can bring to the table:
-$15k or more cash or equipment investment
-Technical and business expertise to help push your business to the next level
-Contacts/smaller festival gigs that could be turned over
-like new A&H GLD-80 mixing console with Ethernet snake
-Powersoft K3DSP Amp rack
-Lots of other smaller gear depending upon your needs
What I would be looking for in return:
-Percentage equity stake in an LLC with full profit sharing
-Full disclosure from both sides for an open and trustworthy relationship
If a mutually beneficial arrangement can be made, I'm looking to move before the end of the year.
