Inspirational honesty

Short story: A couple buy a home and find large amounts of cash that the previous (and deceased) owner har tucked away. They track down the guy's family and make sure they get the money.

The lesson that I take from stories such as these....are that, It's not so much about the Money, or the amount of Money given to the original owner's family, as it is about the honoring the Man and his hard work and dedication to his family by giving this Money to his family.

It also reminds me that not all Americans are selfish.

I consider myself a pretty honest/upstanding person, but I'm not sure I'd have done the same. Thanks for sharing - I need to think about where my bar is and how solid it is attached.
