Per DiemI use a credit card with a low transaction fee (1.75% of amount withdrawn) that gives me better rates than most banks and money exchangers around the world if I pay in local currency. My bank does the conversion and add 1.75% on top. And I have my income wired straight into my account.So far it's the best solution I've found.
