Jeff - a few questions -
What piece of hardware is your USB to DMX?
Can your MacBook Pro run the lighting program and StudioLive via iPad at the same time?
Can it do the lights - run the board AND Capture via the iPad at the same time?
Are you using the Macbook Pro as the wifi signal or are you using some kind of separate airport or router thingy?
