Issues with the X32 accessing display controls

We just installed the Behringer X32 Digital Mixer with two S16's. We are not able to access any of our display controls to finish the set up with the S16's. The buttons light up during start up, but are off as soon as the board is up and running. Any help would be appreciated.

Try using an app or the PC edit software? I know you need to access the IP of the board, but that should be a factory set number and someone will know it. Also, the Mixing Station app on android will search all IP's to find the X32's connected.


Of course that's only if you need the board for an event. Otherwise take it back and get another.

Also, there are no default network settings for X32 out of the box. This must be setup from the “network” tab of the SETUP menu prior to connecting to your computer or network.
