I use iTunes to get my music and other content on my iPhone, I just set it so it doesn't automatically sync my music and doesn't try to organize my music for me. I had it set to sync at first and then when I changed computers it wiped my iPhone so I'm pretty leery about it all now.Like I say, I want to switch various things from not sync'd to sync'd without losing any content.
